About Kelowna Therapist Layne Paul

Hey, I’m Layne!

I’m a Registered Social Worker and an Integrative Mind-Body Therapist in Kelowna, offering both in-person and virtual sessions across BC. I work with women, young adults, and professionals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach helps you connect with your nervous system, work with your anxiety, and turn insight into meaningful action. Healing happens when we feel safe in our bodies and intentionally create a life aligned with who we truly are. I’m honoured to support you as you grow, expand, and step into your fullest potential.
